1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Rui Guerreiro Photo website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide professional photography services specializing in Real Estate, Vacation Rentals, and Architectural photography.

3. Booking, Payment, Cancellation and Refund

Scheduling: Sessions can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.

Fees: Prices are outlined on our website and are subject to change.

Payment:

  • For Single Sessions, a deposit of 50€ is required at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled within that 24-hour period.
  • For Agency Monthly Bundle contracts, payment must be fully completed at least 24 hours before the first contracted session. Sessions missed due to client scheduling cannot be carried over to the next month. If the photographer is unable to complete all sessions within the 30-day timeframe, you will have the option to choose between a full or partial refund, or to reschedule the sessions at your convenience.

Cancellation: Deposits will not be refunded if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the photo session.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the property is ready for photography at the scheduled time.
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for property access.
  • Informing us of any specific requirements or restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All photographs remain the intellectual property of Rui Guerreiro Photo.

Usage License: Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for the agreed purposes.

Restrictions: Images may not be altered or resold without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses.
  • Delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control.
  • Any issues arising from the client's failure to comply with these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
